Fulfillment Specialist (Remote)

About The Role
The Verkada Team is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Fulfillment team remotely! We are looking for a self-starter to support our global Operations and Sales teams. This opportunity requires an experienced individual with excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a can-do attitude!
What You'll Do
- Communicate order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and in person.
- Process incoming orders, validate purchase order contents are accurate, and engage with our warehouses to ensure timely dispatch.
- Process incoming returns from our customers and the warehouse. This includes receiving, categorizing, and initiating the refurbishment process.
- Work with the larger operations (Global Operations, Supply Chain) team to support inbound and outbound shipments, escalations and exceptions.
- Collaborate with Finance on various returns / orders issues.
- Take on other projects and tasks to help support Verkada operations
What You Bring
2 years minimum experience in a call center settingEmail handling and order entry experience in high volume environmentProficient with both written and verbal communication (email and phone). Knowledge of email etiquette is requiredAbility to complete tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision, requiring self-discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and a team player with a positive attitudeMust be able to pass a customer service assessmentNetSuite and Salesforce experience (not required, but a plus)Bachelor's Degree preferredUS Employee Benefits
