Key Responsibilities
Serve as a coach and strategic advisor to senior leadership
Identify and develop key talent to achieve long-term business success
Design and implement HR solutions to enhance organizational capabilities and performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, Master's with 10 years, PhD with 8 years, or 14 years with an associate's degree, or 16+ years with a high school diploma
Experience in Human Resources Management and Leadership
Experience in strategic HR development and execution
Clear understanding of the link between talent management and business strategy
Ability to synthesize data and develop actionable recommendations
