• 8 - 10 hour shifts plus backup call
• Current patient load : 5 patients expanding to 10 - 18 plus admits
• ICU setting adult patients only
• Management of ventilators required
• Pulmonary consultations required
• Fast track privileging available
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
