Work-Life Balance & Support 1 : 4 call schedule, offering flexibility and balance. EPIC EMR integration across hospital and clinic settings for streamlined care. Outstanding compensation package $600-$650,000 base plus large RVU earning potential $800k)with annual quality bonus and sign on bonus Professional liability insurance with tail coverage.
