Key Responsibilities
Identify and interact with potential passive candidates and serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
Facilitate and coordinate interviews while matching candidates' skills to available openings
Support the HR department with tasks like developing talent pipelines and maintaining employee profiles
Required Qualifications
High School diploma / GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment is beneficial
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
