A company is looking for a Remote Install Specialist responsible for supporting installation and servicing of customer alarm equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide installation assistance to customers via scheduled outbound calls
Install a variety of products and services while communicating complex issues and resolutions
Educate customers on system functionality and identify additional security solutions
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred
At least 1 year of customer service experience required, with technical support experience preferred
One (1) year of home security systems technician experience is highly preferred
Must have a private, quiet work area that meets company standards
Adequate internet bandwidth to perform the role is required
