Description :

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry.

The nurse will provide care for patients on the unit.

The nursing team consists of both day and night shifts.

On the night shift, the typical ratio is 5-7 patients per nurse.

The unit has a total of 34 beds.

The role requires assessing patient acuity levels and alerting necessary personnel when changes occur.

Common procedures include administering IV fluids, tube feeds, and IV antibiotics.

The ideal candidate will be a team player willing to assist colleagues.

The unit adheres to established guidelines and policies.

Every other weekend shift is required.

Attendance at huddles before shifts is expected.
