Sales Executive Public Safety and Law Enforcement
High-growth security technology company is seeking a Sales Executive to lead expansion in the Public Safety sector. This role offers the chance to drive adoption of cutting-edge counter-drone solutions for state and local law enforcement, municipalities, critical infrastructure, and private security organizations.
You MUST reside in the area, you will NOT be considered otherwise.
Requirements :
- Proven success selling commercial hardware AND software into Public Safety markets (State and Law Enforcement entities and critical infrastructure)
- Strong relationships with state / local law enforcement, municipalities, and security companies.
- Track record of leading full sales cycles and closing complex deals.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Travel up to 50% and support field demos (including equipment setup).
- Based in the DC area.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive the full sales cycle : prospecting, capture strategy, closing, and account growth.Develop and maintain relationships with Public Safety agencies and ecosystem partners.Manage and forecast pipeline through CRM; provide accurate plans and updates.Represent at trade shows, demos, and customer events.Partner with Pre-Sales Engineering and BD teams on proposals, demos, and strategies.Build deep product knowledge of our proprietary C-UAS solutions to effectively present to customers.
