Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Proven success in roles such as Sales Account Manager or Client Success Manager
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, with strong data handling capabilities
Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives effectively
Experience in contract negotiation to maximize profits
