As a RN Administrator, you'll play a vital role in overseeing non-medical client cases and performing ongoing care education for our non-medical caregivers. Griswold is expanding to a new location in the Chapel-Hill and Durham area. We are seeking a candidate who can begin with flexible hours, then transition to part-time, and eventually move to a full-time position.

What we expect from you :

• Foster strong relationships with clients, their families and caregivers
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure care plan is appropriate and caregivers have the right skillset to perform needed tasks.
• Responsible for client care monitoring every 2-3 days and communication with other appropriate team members and supervisors.
• This includes a visit to the client’s home to assess any change in the client’s requested services, a revision of the care plan to reflect any change, a documented review of the updated care plan with the caregivers, and the evaluation of the satisfaction of care by the client and / or family of client.
• Collaborate closely with Client Care Specialists and Talent Specialists for a supportive environment.
