Your role as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR :

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our community's maintenance operations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong make-ready experience and a broad range of technical skills. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee 1.5 housekeepers and ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality. But will not be directing any other maintenance technicians.

Would you be a great MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR? Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in make-ready and general maintenance work.
  • Strong skills in painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and floor care.
  • Familiarity with fire / life safety systems and emergency protocols.
  • Ability to supervise housekeeping staff effectively.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, standing, bending, or kneeling for extended periods.
  • Capable of working in various weather conditions and environments.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Previous experience in residential or multifamily property maintenance.
  • Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.
  • Experience with property management systems or maintenance tracking software.
