Key Responsibilities : ">
- Inspect tractor-trailers for defects before and after trips and submit DOT inspection reports.
- Check bills of lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hour deliveries.
- Drive tractors to destinations, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and maneuvering vehicles on roads and customer premises.
- Keep driver logs according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and exceptions.
- Unload trailers, delivering products into customer premises.
