Job Description

Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases. Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to senior management and clients. Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
