We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem / contract shifts at a transitional care and rehab center located just outside historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. This facility provides Transitional Care, ShortStay Rehabilitation, and LongTerm Care services in a comfortable, modern setting. The LPN will work under the direction of an RN, providing hands-on nursing care, administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, contributing to care planning, and supervising unlicensed staff during assigned shifts. This role is perfect for nurses looking for flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive environment. Candidates should be comfortable in a skilled nursing or transitional care setting.

Schedule :

7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM

Compensation : $30.00–$33.00 / hr
