Mid-Level CI Targeting Cell Support - USACIC

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-Level CI Targeting Cell Support to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. The primary place of performance will be Fort Meade, MD. If interested and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding and impactful opportunity.

Responsibilities include developing CI leads, targets, and target systems for joint lethal and non-lethal engagements, producing all-source analytic damage estimates, and providing recommendations for target prioritization. The role also involves training on CI targeting methodologies, developing CI High Value Individuals, and participating in various intelligence operations.

Required qualifications / skills include minimum education and years of relevant experience, a minimum of four years of experience as a CI / HUMINT targeting officer, and experience in one or more of the following areas : China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea. Additional experience supporting joint and / or interagency operations is preferable.
