job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProven experience building and assembling standard and custom machinery Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T tolerances Skilled at altering, fitting, and adjusting assemblies to tight tolerances Comfortable with reverse engineering and machine builds from start to finish General machinist capabilities : manual / CNC mill, manual lathe, surface grinder Knowledge of pneumatic and fluid control systems, PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, and robotics Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate effectively with designers, team members, and management Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed Experience with machine leveling / rigging Familiarity with both manual and CNC machining processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Customer-facing experience in a manufacturing environment
