Primary Skills : RF (Expert), Troubleshooting (Advanced), GPS antenna (Intermediate), Satellite communication (Intermediate), Assembly, Manufacturing and Testing Processes (Expert).

Duration : 11 Months contract with possible extension

Location : Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Pay Range : $45.00 - $52.00 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary :

This senior-level position requires a proactive Device Quality Manager (DQM) to oversee the quality of our products through comprehensive manufacturing processes. The DQM will be instrumental in developing and guiding the out-of-box audit process for new product introduction (NPI) and ensuring continuous product quality during the product's sustaining phase. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold and improve product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop an out-of-box audit (OBA) process for factory production based on product use cases.
• Monitor production performance against quality goals, conduct factory audits, and lead failure analysis to determine root causes.
• Manage critical issues with a high sense of urgency and lead factory quality lessons to prevent repeated issues.
• Provide production quality health reports to management during the sustaining phase and drive continuous improvement.
• Initiate quality alerts for factory issues impacting customers and lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities.
