At CrossSafety Holdings Inc., we're not just about rules and regulations – we're about building a culture of safety. We're looking for a Health & Safety Specialist to bring expertise, energy, and passion to our client sites, ensuring every worker goes home safe at the end of the day.

What You'll Be Doing :

Be the safety champion on construction & industrial job sites.

Perform safety audits, identify hazards, and implement fixes before they become problems.

Conduct training sessions and worker orientations.

Collaborate with contractors, teams, and regulatory agencies to enforce best practices.

Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.

Investigate incidents and create proactive safety measures.

Keep safety documentation and reports up to date and accurate.

What You Bring to the Table :

2-5 years of hands-on experience in construction & industrial health & safety.

Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations for construction projects.

Strong experience with site safety audits, hazard analysis, and compliance.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, tablets, and reporting software.

Certifications in Fall Protection, WHMIS, Silica Mitigation, & Hazard Communication.

Preferred but not required :

BS or Associate Degree in Occupational Health & Safety
