About The Position

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for the following position : Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) in Salem, OR.

Requirements :

  • Required Certifications : IAHCSMM / HSPA, CBSPD
  • Required Skills : Acute Hospital OR, Chemical agents for decontamination, Cleaning equipment (crash carts, IV pumps, PCA pumps), Disinfectants, High-Level Disinfection (HLD), Manual cleaning, Proper labeling, Use of Washers / sterilizers, Aseptic Technique, Case Cart, Organizing trays, Placing instruments on trays, Proper labeling, Proper selection of wrapping materials, Sterilization wrapping procedures, Endoscopes, Scope / Probe Reprocessing, Sets / trays assembly, Bronchoscopes, Colonoscopes, EGD scopes, Endobronchial Ultrasound Scopes (EBUS), Endoscopic Ultrasound Scopes (EUS), Enteroscopes, ERCP Scopes, Fiber Optics, Flex Sigmoidoscopes, Equipment Documentation, Bariatric, Cardiac, Ear / Nose / Throat, Endoscopy, General, Laparoscopic, Neurology, OB / GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Podiatry, Robotics, Transplant, Urology, Biological indicators, Chemical indicators, Sterile Processing Microsystem (SPM), Vascular, Dental

Job Details :

  • Pay : $1229 / week - $1458 / week
  • Assignment Length : 13-week assignment
  • Shift : 5, 8-Hour 15 : 00 - 23 : 30
  • At least one year of experience required
