Product Manager, Npp & Consumer Marketing

The Product Manager, NPP & Consumer Marketing, supports the development and execution of consumer and non-personal promotion (NPP) strategies. This role focuses on digital engagement, media planning, and omnichannel initiatives to drive awareness, education, and activation among patients and healthcare professionals.

The position requires close collaboration with HCP marketing, commercial operations, and market access teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize the impact of consumer engagement efforts. Ideal for early-career professionals or those transitioning from agency to industry, this role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consumer and NPP Digital Strategy : Support the execution of professional and DTC digital campaigns, including social, search, website, CRM, non-linear TV, and paid media.
• Content Development & Personalization : Assist in creating NPP and Consumer messaging, educational content, and engagement strategies.
• Omnichannel Integration : Work with digital and omnichannel teams to ensure NPP efforts align with the broader consumer marketing strategy.
• Performance Measurement & Optimization : Track campaign KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with HCP marketing, medical, and commercial teams to ensure consistency in consumer messaging.
• Agency & Vendor Management : Assist in managing media, creative, and digital agencies to execute consumer campaigns effectively.
