A well-established, hospital-employed multi-specialty group in the Oklahoma City metro area is actively seeking a Geriatric Fellowship-trained Internist or Family Medicine physician (MD / DO) to join their thriving outpatient practice. This is a unique opportunity to take over a ready-made panel of 1,200+ adult and geriatric patients, as a respected, long-tenured physician transitions into retirement. You'll join a collaborative team of 25+ providers who value quality care, professional autonomy, and work-life balance. With a 4.5-day workweek, no nights or weekends, and phone-only call, this position offers the lifestyle flexibility you've been looking for-perfect for both experienced providers and recent fellowship graduates.

Fully outpatient primary care with a strong focus on geriatrics

Take over an established patient panel - minimal ramp-up needed

Competitive base salary + wRVU production bonus
