A company is looking for a Transportation Operations Manager to oversee transportation across its network with a focus on fulfillment and last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound transportation operations

Develop and execute carrier strategy, including partner evaluation and contract negotiation

Monitor and improve delivery speed and customer experience across transportation channels

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management

Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing carrier performance

Strong understanding of middle-mile and last-mile operations in e-commerce or retail

Data-driven mindset with experience in defining and managing KPIs

Experience with transportation management systems and technology integration is preferred
