PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Position : District Leader

Job Type : Full-time 5 days a week

Additional locations include :

Compensation

• $24 an hour for Administrative & District Leader Duties : Up to 16 hours a week. You will receive an hourly rate for all assigned duties when you are NOT working Behind the Chair providing services.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days : Minimum of 3 days a week at a commission rate of 52%. You will be paid the %-based commission rate for every service you perform (or a guaranteed hourly wage - per state, local, federal minimum wage requirements - whichever is higher.)
• 52% commission on your start date, but will increase annually thereafter according to company policy.
