Duties :
Patient examination, Treatment Administration, Supportive Care Plans & Symptom mgmt
Patient Monitoring, New Patient Consults of Hem & Onc referrals
Coordinating w / other healthcare professionals, Hospital Rounds
Maintaining accurate & detailed medical records, Genetic testing, early detection, genetic counseling.
EMR : Epic
Hospital Privileges Required : Yes
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements :

Active OK License or IMLC

BC / BE

BLS, ACLS, ATLS
