Project Coordinator – Operations & Logistics

Hybrid : Culver City

Pay : $27 to $30 per hour

Are you a detail-driven organizer who thrives in fast-paced environments? Join our team as a Project Coordinator supporting operations and logistics across dynamic, cross-functional projects.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to person for contractor onboarding / offboarding logistics.
• Schedule interviews across multiple hiring managers and teams.
• Support vendor contract documentation and workshop logistics.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and meeting coordination.
• Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and track progress.
• Finalize presentation materials and maintain shared folders with version control.
• Compile feature status summaries for executive reporting.
