Healthcare Regulatory Policy Manager
The Healthcare Regulatory Policy Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing various policy projects within the ROPS Government Payor Alliance team.
The Government Payor Alliance (GPA) Team optimizes revenue and patient advocacy through public policy monitoring, data analysis, and issue resolution. GPA supports internal teams to problem solve, identify potential legal and compliance risk, and manage initiatives across Revenue Operations (ROPS) and the Village through key relationships with external partners. The successful candidate for this role will have a driven attitude, motivated by the achievement of making a direct impact on the projects that they lead, and will flourish in a highly dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
The Healthcare Regulatory Policy Manager will help guide business decisions to meet new levels of growth and performance. Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of top performance and desire to help improve our overall health care system.

Intellectual, creative, and / or communication abilities :
BA or BS degree or equivalent is required. Previous health care payment policy work experience in a health association, governmental agency, or the private sector dealing with Medicare, health care payment policy, or other health policy issues, required. Experience in kidney care policy preferred.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. Salary / Wage Range $68,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
