Schedule : 36hrs / wk AM (10 : 18 - 23 : 00)

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Pay : $2156 total weekly gross

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Technician to join our team on a short-term contract assignment. The ideal candidate will support surgical services by ensuring all instruments, equipment, and supplies are properly cleaned, sterilized, and distributed in accordance with hospital protocols and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities

Skilled in performing cases for the following services : Trauma, Vascular, Cardiac, Thoracic, Neuro & Ortho Spine (Craniotomy) Robotic Laparoscopic, Major General Cases.

Clean, disinfect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and inventory.

Ensure proper functioning of sterilization equipment through routine checks.

Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure timely delivery of sterile instruments.

Adhere to all infection prevention and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Surgical Tech with at least 2-3 years' experience

Certification in Sterile Processing (CBSPD or HSPA / IAHCSMM) preferred. '

Have at least 1- 2 years' experience for cardiac cases (CABG, Valve cases, dissection)

2-3 years' experience to do Trauma, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho Robotic and most of the Major cases for General.

BLS, Certified ST

Can take on call at night and weekend and scheduled shift will be 1018-2300.
