Your Role

Provide outpatient care for adult and pediatric patients

Average 14 patient visits / day in a supportive, team-based clinic

Participate in 1 : 11 phone-only call rotation no in-person after-hours coverage

Engage in quality initiatives , care coordination, and minimal admin

Help shape the future of the practice through succession planning efforts

Compensation & Perks

Guaranteed base salary : $230,000

Up to $20,000 annually in quality incentives

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

If BE, must include date of graduation

Active DEA & BLS Certification Required

Clean malpractice history Required

Vermont medical license Must be active prior to start

Must be able to start by Fall 2025

Candidates must live within 1 hour or be open to relocating no long commutes
