Required Qualifications
10+ years of technical recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a management role
Proven ability to hire for complex technical roles in high-growth environments
Experience coaching recruiters and improving team execution quality
Operational excellence in managing recruiting tools and workflows
Strategic thinker with strong prioritization and stakeholder alignment skills
