Location : Cleveland, OH & Northeast Ohio

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : 5–10 years

Responsibilities

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and plumbing tasks

Diagnose errors or problems and determine proper solutions

Produce timely and detailed service reports

Document processes

Operate vehicle in a safely manner

Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

Cooperate with the team and share information across the organization

Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations

Build positive relationships with customers

Provide sewer and drain cleaning

Operate and complete sewer camera work

Be a part of an “on call” rotation (nights and weekends)

What You’ll Need

5–10 years’ experience in all phases of plumbing

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Knowledge of local plumbing codes

Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team

Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
