Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

75 miles from facility to be submitted.

Floating Requirements : Floating Req to Sister Facilities : Yes. All candidates must be willing to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles.
