A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for complex employee relations matters
Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and promote best practices in employee relations
Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and policies
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent at the exempt level in a multi-state service line
8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
Advanced experience in a specialty area such as labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
