Your Role

In this role, you will play a leading role in shaping and delivering the next generation SAP ERP 'NEXT' for our life science business. The Planning & Scheduling Supervisor (SC) provides overall leadership to exempt and non-exempt staff in Upstream and Downstream Production and Packaging Planning who coordinate production and packaging plans to ensure products and raw materials are provided according to schedules to effectively maintain production and packaging levels and throughput, and to provide timely visibility on supply to support customer requirements and promise dates. Meets regularly with Planning & Scheduling Manager to provide input on alignment with departmental and organizational goals and KPIs.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or other Business Discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience of team supervision and leadership.
  • 5+ years' experience with Master Scheduling and Production Planning utilizing ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with SAP.
  • APICS certification.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • Strong communication, analytical and conceptual both oral and written.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in adapting to changing circumstances and requirements.
  • Experience in a Biomedical or Biotechnical environment.
  • Pay Range for this position : $84,700 - $127,100. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
