We are located in Northeast Dallas, in a state of the art 70,000 square foot facility with multiple CNC Laser and Punch machines, brand new Press Brakes, CNC spinning machines, automated deburring, laser etching machines, tube bending and multiple welding stations.

We are looking for a motivated and dependable, turnkey, self-motivated Exhaust Fabricator to support our catalytic converter and exhaust manufacturing division. Our manufacturing process involves working with a CNC spin forming machine, milling, tapping, etching, tube bending, cutting, and mig welding. An ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge and experience welding and tube bending using various tools, jigs, and machines.

Responsibilities :

• Must be able to follow instructions in set-up and operate various machines and tools.
• Must be proficient with using a tube / pipe bending machine to create specific radii and bends for exhaust and custom applications.
• Proficient in mig welding thin wall 16g 409 stainless steel in a variety of sizes and cast iron castings.
• The right candidate will have a firm grasp on building tooling jigs for new products and preventative maintenance on existing tooling.
• The ability to proficiently use manual Mill and Lathe is a MAJOR PLUS!
• Check height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring instruments, along with checking the original part with the fixture.
• Meet specifications and delivery requirements.
• Perform spot inspections of parts and fixtures.
• Perform all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures.
• Complete and maintain paperwork.
• Identify assembly parts.
• Check the machine for defects and repair if necessary.
• Ensure the machine is calibrated and cleaned.
• Read drawings and blueprints, comprehend, follow and document work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training documents.
• Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
