Located in the heart of Medford, Oregon , The Springs at Anna Maria offers 29 assisted living and 73 independent living apartments. Our residents enjoy a variety of amenities—including a library, café, salon, and a beautiful courtyard—that foster connection and community.

The Role

As our Director of Sales , you’ll be the trusted resource for seniors and families navigating the important decision of choosing a new home. You’ll present our community through personalized tours, manage inquiries, and support smooth transitions for new residents. Equally important, you’ll build and nurture relationships within the Medford area—connecting with families, referral partners, and the broader community to share the value of The Springs Living.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to achieve occupancy and sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with families, residents, and community partners.
• Design and implement sales and outreach strategies that reflect our mission and values.
• Lead tours, follow up with inquiries, and ensure a seamless move-in experience.
• Track and analyze customer engagement data to guide decisions.
• Partner with our marketing team to support local campaigns and events.
• Represent The Springs Living in the Medford community with professionalism and care.
