Position : Project Manager- Product Development & Engineering

Location : 400 Supreme Industrial Dr, Anderson, SC 29621

Duration : 12+ months with chance of extension

Job Summary :

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to successfully plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role ensures all project goals meet quality, financial, and schedule targets while maintaining strong communication with internal departments, customers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize standard project management tools and methodologies to ensure projects are executed effectively.
• Define project scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines, coordinating with functional leaders to build project resource plans.
• Collaborate with order management, plant production, logistics, contractors, services, and warranty teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate schedules, budgets, and project objectives to field and jobsite personnel; perform periodic site visits to maintain alignment with contractors and customers.
• Identify and escalate issues that may impact project success; drive timely resolution and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.
• Conduct and lead effective meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
• Track and report project performance using established reporting tools to ensure adherence to quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Manage project budgets create cost estimates, monitor expenditures, and maintain established profit margins.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety across all project phases, hosting periodic safety meetings and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
