Overview
We're seeking a Field Service Technician to lead preventive and corrective maintenance efforts on line equipment. This role serves as both a technical expert and team leader, ensuring high equipment performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production line equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical and automation malfunctions, providing permanent resolutions or proper escalation.
- Support production post-maintenance to restore or exceed efficiency targets.
- Install rebuild kits and reinstate equipment to production with minimal disruption.
- Analyze performance issues and implement approved operational improvements.
- Manage and resolve claims, providing technical support and quality documentation.
- Deliver detailed service reports to the back office.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line performance.
Travel : Up to 80% | This is a heavy field-travel role, you will be traveling to client sites most of the time and stationed there for 1-2 weeks, or as long as necessary.
