Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Fremont, CA. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing overall operations, managing resources, formulating and implementing business strategies, and guiding the organization's financial and sales performance. The CEO will lead the company towards achieving its long‑term goals and objectives by collaborating with the executive team and board members.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Finance and Operations Management
• Proven skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Extensive understanding of Sales and market dynamics
• Excellent leadership and decision‑making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on‑site environment
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; an MBA is preferred
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
