As a Security Professional - Media Patrol Driver in Anderson, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors as outlined in site-specific policies.

Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries related to access procedures and site navigation.

Carry out security-related procedures and follow site protocols to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.

Document and report all incidents, irregularities, and security-related matters in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and / or lockdowns according to site-specific procedures.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
