The Huron Benefits team provides expertise, management, and compliance for the wide variety of benefits programs offered to Huron employees in the U.S., Canada, India, Singapore, Switzerland the U.K. As one of the fastest growing consulting firms, our benefits team plays a vital role in supporting Huron's people experience, offering robust and meaningful benefits programs with a strong focus on holistic employee well-being. Our collaborative team structure is designed to provide both a quality benefits package and employee experience to our fast-paced employee population. U.S. benefits cover employees under two primary benefits packages, with one benefits package in each of the remaining countries. Based on current needs, this role is needed to support the time off programs in the U.S., Canada, Switzerland and the U.K. Experience with Workday benefits and payroll is preferred. This position will report to the Benefits Manager overseeing Global Absence and Disability and may support Health and Welfare Benefits.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $70,000-$90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $80,500-$103,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
