HR Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Assistant to support our clients rapidly growing manufacturing plant in Manor, TX. This role is essential in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. Location : Manor, TX 78653 Pay Rate : $23$26 / hour based on experience Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan. Key Responsibilities

• Timekeeping & Data Entry
• Enter and maintain employee timecards in Dayforce
• Export and process timecard data using Excel
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll-related entries
• Onboarding & Employee Support
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
• Provide basic tech troubleshooting for plant employees
• Support badge creation, I-9 verification, and document collection
• HR Administration
• Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems
• Support compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating HR meetings
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with the onsite HR Generalist and remote HR Director
• Respond to employee inquiries with a service-first mindset
• Help coordinate HR communications and updates
