A well-established bank in the Financial Services industry known for its exceptional level of service and commitment to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals, is looking for the right person to become the Texas Market President.

This is an amazing opportunity for experienced professionals in the banking industry who are passionate about originating retail and commercial loans. As the Market President, you will have the chance to lead and grow a team of talented individuals, while playing a key role in driving the success of our client company.

The position will be crucial in the growth and development of our Texas market and team.  Primarily responsible for the lending team, but accountable for growth in loans, deposits, identifying potential branch locations, improving brand awareness, image, and market penetration.  The candidate will need to have a strong background in credit, sales, lending, leadership, and preferably some loan workout experience.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to increase loan origination and deposits within the assigned market
• Oversee and manage the performance of loan officers and other staff members
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and referral partners
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
