Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a licensed and certified Pharmacy Technician to join a busy pharmacy team in Overland Park, Kansas for a 13+ week contract assignment . This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated technician to contribute to patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment, with the possibility of extension.

Position Details :

Duration : 3 months (possibility of extension)

Shift : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

Location : Overland Park, KS

Requirements :

Active Kansas Pharmacy Technician License

PTCB Certification

1+ year of recent pharmacy experience

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain a clean pharmacy and record temperatures daily (AM / PM).

Receive drug orders and shipments from couriers, UPS, and FedEx in accordance with DSCSA guidelines , including lifting coolers up to 50 lbs.

Inventory, organize, and restock drugs and supplies as needed.

Prepare and label prescriptions and supplies for home infusion and hemophilia patients .

Package and prepare RX orders and supplies for overnight delivery.

Build shipping coolers for home infusion / hemophilia orders.

Conduct quarterly chart audits and manage paperwork for patient records.

Assign electronic documents in CPR+ .
