We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1 : 1 support Free Infrared + Red light therapy sauna membership Great working environment! We like to have fun! Employee recognition incentives (gift cards,...etc.) Open door policy : an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs Monday through Friday, 2pm - 9 : 30 pm Monday through Friday, 630 am - 2 : 30 pm Saturday and Sunday : 7 : 30 am to 2 : 30 pm Saturday and Sunday : 2 : 30 pm to 8 : 30 pm A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service Friendly smile on your face A consistently fantastic team-player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere Guiding the entire team as the LEAD in studio Membership Sales Associate Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome - look for ways to connect with them on a personal level Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover / cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
