Tax Director - IT Solutions - Remote (USA) - $200K Base salary + Bonus

A leading IT Solutions provider is seeking a Tax Director for their growing team. The Tax Director will manage all aspects of the company's income tax and sales and use tax functions. This includes providing strategic direction, oversight, and tax compliance, planning, and reporting across federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions. This role is fully remote, and you must be located in the US.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all the tax accounting functions of the company
• Prepare Federal Income Tax Returns, K1's and State and Local Income Tax Returns
• Research income tax issues
• Review financial accounts and records and ensure federal, state and local, and foreign tax liabilities are determined in accordance with prescribed rates, laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance with periodic tax payments, information reporting, etc.
• Maintain and approve all the various sales tax exempt customer certificates and global registrations
• File and pay tax liability as required
