Oklahoma Licensed Utilization Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Utilization Management to oversee two Utilization Management teams and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage prior authorization, concurrent review, and retrospective clinical review teams to ensure compliance with guidelines

Analyze utilization management activities and provide recommendations for improvement to senior leadership

Develop and maintain utilization management policies and educate the team on key initiatives

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience

2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

Knowledge of utilization management principles preferred

RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and / or Compact State Licensure required
