- Nurse Manager – Critical Care RN Location : Sanford, FL Position Type : Full-Time, Permanent – Days (7 AM – 4 PM, flexibility for extended hours and 24 / 7 call response) Base Salary Range : $79,000 – $110,000 / year (based on experience) Relocation Assistance : Available on a case-by-case basis Sign-On Bonus : Not offered Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Critical Care RN to provide leadership and operational oversight for a combined 31-bed ICU and PCU.
- The successful candidate will have recent acute care leadership experience in critical care, a proactive approach to patient care management, and strong communication skills.
