We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our organization. In this role, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, manage appointments, and provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our front office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information (in-person, via phone, or email)
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
• Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor logbook)
• Perform basic clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
• Assist other departments as needed with administrative tasks
• Ensure the reception area is well-stocked with supplies
• Miscellaneous duties as required
• Experience in a corporate office
