Hospital Employee, Traditional.  Telephone Consultation with 1 : 6 Call Ratio.  $210-220K Annual Salary.  Production Incentives available.  Signing Bonus available up to $20,000 .   Residency / Fellowship Stipend available.  Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000.
