SERVPRO of Farmington is hiring a Restoration Estimator! The Restoration Estimator is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to successfully obtain, bid, and price restoration projects. They are responsible for ensuring an accurate scope of work is created, delivering a consistent and complete estimate, and maintaining a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, and resource providers involved in restoration services.

Primary responsibilities include :

• Establishing customer relationships for restoration services
• Educating customers on the restoration process
• Ensuring that estimates meet proper requirements
• Analyzing labor, consumables, and time requirements for projects
• Creating an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for restoration projects
• Delivering a consistent and well-defined initial estimate
• Recognizing project constraints and / or needed upgrades
• Working with Restoration Manager to price bid items, if needed
• Working with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimate when needed
• Assembling accurate and well-organized estimates
• Delivering and communicating estimate to Office Manager

Normal working hours, additional working hours, and travel requirements include :

This is a full-time position, MondayFriday, 40 hours per week minimum. This position frequently requires long hours, on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
